That depends, do they have the same size engine? Are they both rear wheel drive? If the engines are the same and both vehicles are rear wheel drive then the trannys should exchange.

No it won't. A 1991 Continental is FRONT wheel drive. A 1994 Town Car is REAR wheel drive, therefore they are NOT interchangeable.
